Investment Requirements

Applicants must fulfill one of the following investment options:

  • Residential Property: Purchase 1–2 new residential properties with a minimum total value of €300,000 + VAT.
  • Commercial Property: Purchase 1–2 new or used non-residential properties (offices, shops, hotels) with a minimum total value of €300,000 + VAT.
  • Company Share Capital: Invest €300,000 in a Cypriot-registered company that employs at least five people.
  • Collective Investment Funds: Invest €300,000 in units of Cyprus Investment Funds (AIF, AIFLNP, RAIF).
  • Annual Income: Minimum €50,000 from abroad (e.g., salaries, pensions, dividends).
  • +€15,000 per spouse; +€10,000 per minor child.
  • Maintain the investment indefinitely to retain residency.
  • Visit Cyprus once every two years.

Additional Fees and Processing Costs

In addition to the investment, applicants are responsible for the following fees:

  • Includes application processing and biometrics.
  • Applicable to property purchases (varies by property type).
  • Mandatory if not covered by Cyprus' General Healthcare System.

Application Process

The application process typically takes 3–6 months and involves the following steps:
